Your first hire should be someone who helps on jobs. Not office work. Start with: Helper Part-time worker Day labor Friend Pay per job or per day. You stay lead. They assist.

Show them: How you prep How you clean How you finish Have standards. Bad work kills reviews. Train once, save months.

Eventually: You handle: Scheduling Quotes Payments They handle: Labor This turns you into the operator. Not the worker.

Once an ad is producing consistent jobs, do one of these: Option A: Increase Budget Slowly Increase 10–20% every 2–3 days. Example: $20/day → $25 → $30 → $40 Slow = stable. Option B: Duplicate the Winning Ad Duplicate the best ad and run it alongside the original. This scales without messing up performance. Option C: Expand Area Slightly Increase radius or add nearby towns. More audience = more leads.
