Do NOT outsource at zero sales. You start outsourcing when: ✅ You’ve made a few sales ✅ You understand the workflow ✅ You know what “good” looks like Usually this happens after: 10–20 listings First orders fulfilled You understand sourcing + shipping Then you bring in help.

You can hire virtual assistants from places like: Upwork OnlineJobs.ph Look for: Basic English eBay experience (bonus) Detail oriented $3–$6/hour range You don’t need experts. You need consistency. These are the FIRST tasks to hand off: ✅ Product listing ✅ Title + description formatting ✅ Uploading photos ✅ Basic product research You keep: ❌ Supplier selection ❌ Pricing decisions ❌ Order fulfillment ❌ Account access Never outsource control. Only execution.

Once volume increases, you can automate parts of the process: Examples: Auto-upload drafts Price monitoring Inventory tracking If you expand to Walmart Marketplace later, same idea applies. IMPORTANT: Automation supports the business. It does NOT replace thinking.
